1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement:

• "pk7pp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pk7pp online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing gaming services to users in the Philippines.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses pk7pp services, including all gaming products and features.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on pk7pp through which you access gaming services, make deposits, place wagers, and withdraw funds.

• "Balance" means the total funds available in your pk7pp Account, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings, expressed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

Use of pk7pp Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing or using pk7pp Services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk7pp or any affiliated gaming platforms.

pk7pp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Creating an account using false information or on behalf of another person constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To use pk7pp Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain its confidentiality.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Immediately notify pk7pp of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breaches.

Each person is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Verification Requirements

pk7pp implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine regulations. We may request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You agree to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days of request. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or refused pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Payment Methods

pk7pp accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino users, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, over-the-counter cash deposits, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or equivalent cryptocurrency value. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method selected.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your pk7pp Account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts or using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused, and funds may be returned to the source minus applicable processing fees.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly or within minutes of confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond pk7pp's control. pk7pp is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or cryptocurrency network congestion. No interest accrues on funds held in your Account.

3.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

pk7pp offers responsible gaming tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum period of seven (7) days. Limits may be decreased immediately. These tools help promote responsible gaming practices among Filipino users.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may withdraw funds from your pk7pp Account at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of all verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply: PHP 500 for e-wallet withdrawals, PHP 1,000 for bank transfers.

pk7pp aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, with most e-wallet withdrawals completed in 5-15 minutes. However, processing times may be extended for first withdrawals, large amounts, or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be refused or delayed if:

• Suspicious activity or potential violation of these Terms is detected.
• You have insufficient funds available for withdrawal after accounting for pending wagers.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This applies to all deposited funds, regardless of amount. pk7pp monitors all transactions for suspicious patterns and reports as required by law. Accounts involved in potential money laundering activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Principles

All wagers placed through pk7pp Services are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets before confirmation. pk7pp does not accept responsibility for errors in bet placement caused by user mistake, device malfunction, or internet connectivity issues. In cases of obvious technical errors or system malfunctions affecting bet outcomes, pk7pp reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at pk7pp is governed by specific rules for each sport and event. Bet settlement follows official results as determined by governing sports bodies. pk7pp reserves the right to suspend betting, change odds, or void wagers if:

• Events are postponed, abandoned, or significantly delayed.
• Results are disputed or subject to official review.
• Obvious pricing errors occur in displayed odds.
• Suspicious betting patterns suggest insider information or match manipulation.

Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting. Single bets and accumulator combinations are subject to different maximum payout amounts as specified in the Sports Betting Rules available on the pk7pp platform.

5.3 Casino, Bingo, and Slot Games

All casino games, bingo rooms, and slot machines offered by pk7pp use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed where applicable and verified by independent testing agencies. Maximum win limits apply to certain games, particularly progressive jackpot slots.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack pk7pp software or systems.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. pk7pp cooperates with law enforcement regarding fraudulent activities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

pk7pp offers various bonuses and promotions to Filipino users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are presented when claiming each bonus and must be read carefully.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pk7pp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and code, is the exclusive property of pk7pp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The pk7pp trademark and logo are registered marks that may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use pk7pp Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from pk7pp content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble pk7pp software or systems.
• Use pk7pp content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of pk7pp platform on other websites.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While pk7pp strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. pk7pp is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pk7pp's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Services is limited to the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim. pk7pp is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.
• Issues caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
• Losses due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

8.3 No Warranties

pk7pp Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Services will be error-free, secure, or virus-free. You assume full responsibility for use of pk7pp Services and any consequences thereof.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your pk7pp Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with outstanding wagers or bonus obligations must resolve these before closure. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened - you must register a new Account if you wish to resume using pk7pp Services in the future.

9.2 pk7pp-Initiated Suspension or Closure

pk7pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 5.4.
• Your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming and we become aware of your location.
• We determine that continuing to provide Services to you poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.

Upon Account closure for Terms violations, pk7pp may forfeit all balances, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. This right to forfeit funds applies particularly when closure results from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other serious breaches. pk7pp's decision to close Accounts and forfeit funds is final and not subject to appeal.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pk7pp is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino users. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature or contact responsible gaming organizations in the Philippines for support. Self-excluded users will have their Accounts closed and will be prevented from creating new Accounts for the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from pk7pp.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of pk7pp Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

12.3 Arbitration

Where permitted by law, you agree that disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Amendments to Terms

pk7pp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pk7pp Services after notification constitutes acceptance of amended Terms. If you disagree with amended Terms, you must close your Account and discontinue use of Services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when Terms were most recently modified. Your use of pk7pp Services is always governed by the version of Terms in effect at the time of use.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk7pp regarding use of Services, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without pk7pp's prior written consent. pk7pp may assign these Terms and transfer your Account to affiliated entities or successors without your consent, provided such assignment does not materially diminish your rights.

14.4 Waiver

pk7pp's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized pk7pp representative.

14.5 Force Majeure

pk7pp is not liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, wars, riots, telecommunications failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.
